Friendship's lesson : "Times impact"

 In a circle of friends, once eight we stood,

Through laughter and tears, life's moments so good.

But slowly, we dwindled, from five to four,

Then down to just three, our hearts growing sore.


We thought we'd be forever, or at least for a while,

But time taught us lessons with each passing mile.

From 2019 to 2023, we journeyed through change,

Our friendship transformed, a bit strange.


The most vital lesson, TIME made us see,

Moments are fleeting, like leaves from a tree.

No use in regretting, the choices of the past,

Instead, let's learn and ensure memories will last.


You never know when it's the final embrace,

When voices and laughter will vanish in space.

Life's twists and turns, they come and they go,

In an instant, decisions, love turned into woe.


So cherish the moments, the laughter, the jest,

Hold onto those memories, treasure them best.

For in the blink of an eye, things can rearrange,

In the journey of friendship, change is not strange.


Though our paths have diverged, and feelings have shifted,

Our memories endure, in our hearts, they're uplifted.

For in that friend group, once eight, now none,

We learned that life's journey is never just one.

In the silent caverns of my weary heart your false promises echo, tearing me apart. If having you meant losing everything else, I'd embrace the darkness in its chilling delve. Each whispered lie, a cruel twist of fate, leaving me stranded in love's bitter taste. The gleeful sparkle in your eyes, a deceptive charm, leading me down a path of endless harm.
